Notes:

• The kit for the 8 valve engine is made for cars without a by-pass valve in the heater core, but will also fit cars with the by-pass valve if you remove it
• Our two hoses will replace the four existing ones, you will simply by-pass the by-pass valve
• If you don’t have water cooled turbo on your car you will need to seal off the connection on the lower radiator hose with an 8mm plug

Notes:

• The original internal coolant pipe must be reused with the new hose, as pictured above
• Remove the hose clamp that holds the old hose on the coolant pipe. Gently pull out the coolant pipe and then slide it carefully into the silicone hose. Next tighten the hose clamp in the same way as on the original hose
