Thanks for shopping with Australian Performance Distributors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • I received the wrong item / My item is damaged: We can offer exchanges and replacements, shipped at no added cost. You must contact us within 30 days of when you received the item.
  • Change of mind / Incorrect item ordered / Vehicle sold before item fitted: We cannot guarantee full refunds in this case. All cases will be individually assessed. If your item is kept in local stock, you may be able to return the item if it is unused and in the original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your item is a pre-order or special order, you may be able to return the item under the same conditions, but your refund will have a 20% restocking fee deducted. If you are unsure of your order, PLEASE CONTACT US. We are more than happy to assist to ensure you order the correct part and are happy with your decision.
  • My item is not functioning as intended/has failed: Please see the warranty section that corresponds to your items brand.
  • Other: If you have another reason for seeking a return, exchange, or refund, please email us at sales@apd.net.au and we will do our best to assist you.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so before the order has been shipped to be viable for a full refund. If your item is a pre-order or special order, and is already in transit from overseas, we will be unable to guarantee a full refund and will assess this as a change of mind.

 

WARRANTY – DO88 AUSTRALIA

do88 applies a 12-month warranty for material defects and manufacturing errors for all products that do88 sells. The warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, and therefore no defects occurring upon or after assembly, the Customer’s own alteration of the product´s function or appearance, or other external impact on the product.
